48 bed unit caring for medical surgical patients specializing in Neurology and Neurosurgery.
Mixed acuity unit, ratios vary
Specialty: Medical Surgical/Telemetry RN
Years of experience REQ: 2 Years
First-timers accepted: YES
Weekend REQ: Four weekend shifts in a four-week schedule period (two weekends in a four week period or one shift/weekend for a four week period)
Holiday Requirement: Travelers must work 2/3 major holidays - please submit this request with application
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs: YES
Locals Accepted: NO (candidate must be more than 100 miles from facility)
Pending license accepted: Yes, but if license is not IN HAND at the time of submission then traveler will be booked six weeks out.
RTO restrictions: Up to two weeks of RTO permitted. RTO must be submitted with application.

Scrubs: MANDATORY - RNs wear Steele gray scrubs with the Nebraska Medicine logo printed on the back.
Parking: Professionals can obtain a parking permit (cost depends on the lot, but is approx. $55/month) or they can use daily rate parking ($3 to park for 20 hrs).
