  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • NIH Stroke Certification
  • LA Fire Card
    Job Details
  • Providence will be strictly enforcing the policy for NO artificial nails as well as nail length cannot extend more than 2mm beyond the end of the finger. Please make sure you are following this protocol as they will be monitoring this closely.
  • Line draws, and IV site maintenance are skills are required.
    Job Requirements
  • 2 year recent exp in specialty
  • AHA ACLS, AHA BLS, NIH
  • Float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified
  • floating to Stepdown / PCU is required patient ratio is 1:3
  • EPIC experience (no training provided)
  • LA Fire Card (must get within 30 days of starting) can sub without
  • Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring
    Schedule Information
  • 12-hour shifts
    Unit Specific Information
  • MICU, SICU, Cardiac, PCU, STEPDOWN and Neuro
  • Cardiovascular, Multi-trauma, Gun Shots, Stroke and Stemi Center, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Ortho
  • 12 Overflow beds
    Additional Details
  • Candidate is responsible for completing up to 10 hours of Providence and specialty specific modules, independently before candidate will be cleared to work
  • Charting system: Epic
  • 3-month separation
