RN Medical/Surgical position at St. Francis Medical Center
Must have telemetry experience
Contract length: 13 weeks

BLS certification required for onboarding
Nursys license required within 30 days of start
ACLS certification required for onboarding
Primary Source Verification of professional license required within 30 days of start
FMOLHS Skills Checklist required within one year prior to start date; renewed annually
FMOLHS Competency Exam required with passing score of 80% or higher
FMOLHS Core Competencies required; renewed annually
Proof of 2 immunizations for MMR required
Fit Test for N95 mask required within 1 year prior to start; updated annually
Proof of 3 immunizations for Hepatitis B required
Influenza Vaccine proof required from October - March
TB Test proof required within specified time frames
Health Statement required within 1 year of start
Proof of 2 immunizations for Varicella required
Tdap vaccination proof required within past 10 years
Annual TB Questionnaire required within 6 months of start
Resume or Profile required
2 professional references required; 1 Charge or Higher and 1 supervisor reference
Background checks must be within 30 days prior to start
