As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care and ensuring that patients receive appropriate medical services. This position requires acute care experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in clinical case management and a passion for improving patient outcomes. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, making sure to follow all medical protocols and facility guidelines. Weekend Requirements: Case Managers are expected to rotate every other weekend. RTO: All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be submitted in advance if needed. Flu Vaccine: Compliance with facility flu vaccine guidelines is required. Compensation: Weekly Pay: $2,620 Stipends (Non-Taxable): $1,820
