Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN) position at Banner Gateway Medical Center
Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered
Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed
All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days
All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission
24 months minimum of current PCU experience - REQUIRED
No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for
Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment

Active Arizona RN License
24 months minimum of current PCU experience - REQUIRED
Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission - REQUIRED
