- Job Requirements
- 24 months minimum of current Med Surg experience - REQUIRED
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
- No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
- Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
- Travel experience - Preferred
- Schedule Information
- Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed
- All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days
- RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays
- All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission
- Unit Specific Information
- All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page
- All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission
- Additional Details
- Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission
- Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms)
- Please add vaccination status in the submission notes
- Banner has very specific background requirements that must be adhered and attested to
