    Job Details
  • ED RN - every other weekend, every other holiday required
  • At least 2 years ED nursing experience
  • Unable to accommodate blocked schedules
    Job Requirements
  • Required for clinical positions: BLS
  • Required for clinical positions: PALS
  • Required for clinical positions: ACLS
  • Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification, as required for the position ran within 30 days of start updated upon expiration
  • NIHSS required for stroke care
    Schedule Information
  • Every other weekend
  • Every other holiday
    Additional Details
  • Proof of vaccine series or completion and approval of client medical or religious exemption form. Preferred, not required.
  • Positive MMR titers ONLY from within the last 15 years.
  • Completed within 1 year of start updated annually. Cannot be done on site.
  • Will accept one of the following: (a) Proof of full Hepatitis B series (three (3) vaccines) completed (b) Must have at least two (2) vaccines from the series completed, or (c) signed declination, agency form acceptable.
  • If positive, CXR within 5 years and current Questionnaire
