• OH/Compact License in hand
  
• Minimum 1.5 years recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Must have at least 1.5 PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• AHA ACLS
• AHA BLS
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
