Shift=8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Must live outside 50 miles from the facility. 20-25 patients weekly, 4-5 visits per day on average. It can vary from 25-60 miles per day depending on the territory, patient census, staff availability, etc Mileage can be up to and over 100 miles as it is a large territory. AHA BLS, Active MI and WI RN license, Valid Driver's license
