- Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Shift Requirement: 12 hour variables, every other weekend
- Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday rotation
- Float Requirements: to alike units within skillset
- On Call/Call Back Requirements: N/A
- Unit Specific Information
- 40 bed medical/surgical/pediatric unit
- Avg daily census 28
- Patient ratios on days and pm max of 5 patients (avg 4), nights max of 7
- Additional Details
- RADIUS RULE: 50 MILES FROM FACILITY
- Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well
- Positive attitude and flexibility with constant changes which can occur throughout a shift
- Scrub Colors: any professional-colored scrubs
