- A hospital in Arizona is looking for experienced Tele nurses for a travel assignment.
- Common diagnosis/Types of patients: Neuro overflow, CVAs, trauma, general surgery.
- Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience, and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license or compact.
- Minimum 2 years of experience - must be recent, within the past 6 months.
- Schedule Information
- 12 hr shifts. 7-7.
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
- Unit Specific Information
- EOW, first to float, could float to sister facility, Mercy Gilbert.
- Additional Details
- COVID vaccine is required, or religious or medical declination form (with appropriate supporting documentation from clergy or M.D.).
- Travelers must take and pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to start (2 max attempts).
- There is also a pass/fail Sim Lab on day one of orientation (study guides will be provided with first day instructions).
