- American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel.
- Must include an image of the front of the card as well as an image of the back of the card.
- Must be dated within 30 days of start. For any position requiring a license or certification, attach scanned online verification page with a machine-generated date indication when the verification was performed within the past 30 days.
- 9 Panel completed within 30 days of start date, preferred within 14 days of start. Must be completed and resulted before start with MRO signature.
