- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Heart disease, diabetes, dementia
- Job Duties: Nurse acts as charge, passes meds, and performs wound care.
- Experience or 'Must have' skills: LTC experience
- Shifts & Scheduling: 12hr shifts 7-7, No blocked schedule & no self-scheduling
- Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
- Holiday Requirements: Every other major holiday

- Unit Specific Information
- Interdisciplinary Team: no rehab beds only LTC
- PT as needed, Social worker designee
- Oxygen Therapy/Equipment: Concentrators and portable concentrators
- Scrub Color/Dress Code: must be clean and presentable
- How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation: 2-3
- Additional Details
- NO CLINICAL INVOLVEMENT
- RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
