- Job Details
- CVICU RN that is competent to care for both cardiac medical and cardiothoracic/vascular surgery ICU patients.
- Impella experience required, NxStage experience preferred.
- Job Requirements
- Current Indiana RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
- License/Certificate Verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment
- Documentation of vaccination series completion or declination to vaccine
- Health Statement prior to first assignment
- Ascension Skills Checklist to be completed within one year of start; updated annually for specialty.
- Additional Details
- Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer. No declinations accepted.
- Flu season is October 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Exemptions/Declinations are accepted, but candidate will be required to wear a mask at all times.
