- Skills Required: Scrub, Monitor, PA Lines and Telemetry, Structural Heart & TAVR Experience
- Cath Lab Procedure Experience: Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Impella insertion, Left & Right Heart Catheterization, Rotablader
- Call Requirement: With Callback and Weekend Call Required
- Weekend Requirement: With Callback and Weekend Call Required
- Target Ratios: 3 Rooms
- Shift: 40 HOURS, 10 HR DAYS 4 x 10 HOUR DAYS, 07:00 - 17:30, Monday-Friday
- Job Requirements
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- State License Requirements: North Carolina RN License
- Preferred Skills: Circulate, IV Start, Conscious Sedation
- Preferred Certifications: ARRT Advanced Cert
- Schedule Information
- 10 Hour Shifts, Monday - Friday
- Floating could be required but would be rare
- Call is one day a week, one weekend per 4 weeks schedule
- Unit Specific Information
- Unit Details: Cath Lab
- Unit has a patient holding area inside of the Cath lab
- Additional Details
- RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite
- Photo ID required - Passport or Drivers License
- Required documents include: W4, State Specific W4, I9, Permanent Tax Declaration Form, Social Security Card, Voided Check, Emergency Contact Form, EOE Forms, E-Verify, Arbitration Agreement
