CA RN License AHA BLS. ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate Experience administering chemo required. Charge Nurse experience, Telemetry experience, BMT/Cellular Therapy experience preferred. Minimum 2 years experience (required: Academic Med Ctr experience). Ability to float to other UCSF Facilities.
