  • Job Title: MedSurg Float Pool RN – 12 HR DAYS
  • Facility: Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital
  • Specialty: Medical-Surgical
  • Location: Albany, GA
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks (open to 8 or 17 weeks)
  • Guaranteed hours: hours not guaranteed week of orientation
  • Shift Requirements: 645a - 715p
  • Weekend requirements: Rotate every other
  • Holidays: Must work 1 winter holiday
  • Patient ratios: Ratios 1:6 for both days and nights
    Job Requirements
  • GA or compact RN license required
  • AHA BLS required
  • AHA NIHSS required
  • Minimum experience: two solid years on a MS unit, travel preferred
  • Education: Associates required; bachelor’s degree preferred
    Schedule Information
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Float Requirements: Yes, to all acute care and cardio
  • On call/Call Back: is rare
  • Break: 30 minutes
