IU Health is now offering charge pay, which is a $3.00 bill rate bump per hour

Shift: 3x12's or 4x12's
Ratios: 1:5-6
Years of experience REQ: 3 years, Required to have 3-4 travel assignments completed
First timers accepted: No
Weekend REQ: EVERY OTHER WEEKEND
REQ Skills: Telemetry, IV Starts, Cardiac Drips, Cerner REQUIRED
Preferred Skills: Vents
Is on-call REQ? No
Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? YES. FLOAT REQUIRED

Pending License accepted: No. IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB
RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays
Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr. shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.
Special Requirements: Cerner Required.

Float amongst Acuity Adaptive Units. ED Boarding consist of patients house in a designated part of the ED awaiting to be transferred to a PCU or Medsurg unit. These patients will be provided PCU/MedSurg level of care. There is high patient admission, discharge and transfers.
