• Details: o This STEP-DOWN RN will be required to work in the ED-HOLD. This unit holds individuals for 23 hours for additional observation. o Trach care, bariatrics, nocturnal vents, stroke care 1:5 for SD/PCU; 1:6 if floated to acute care. MSD cares for PD patients, CSD cares for stroke patients, SSD cares for surgical patients.
