Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's dynamic Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department.
- Triage patients based on acuity and provide timely and appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Provide patient and family education and support.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Requirements

- Current RN license in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 2 years of emergency nursing experience.
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
