- 2 years experience required in specialty area.
- RN's may take an assignment in STICU, NCU, CSU or SD.
- Job Requirements
- BLS required
- ACLS required
- Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
- Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals
- Completed prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years thereafter in specialty
- Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years
- HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics completed within a year of start updated yearly
- Group A is updated yearly, Group B-F is updated every 2 years
- Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine to be signed and dated by traveler
- 1st PPD within 1 year, 2nd PPD within 30 days of start
- Documented proof of two Varicella vaccines, serological evidence of immunity, or verification of a history of varicella or herpes zoster (shingles) by a healthcare provider
- Valid 10 years from the administered date
- Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter
