- MA State License Verification
- NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
- NIH Stroke Certification (if applicable)
- Job Details
- MA license in hand required.
- Minimum of every third weekend.
- Needs to flex between days and nights with notice.
- 3-5 years of experience required.
- 36 HPW.
- Job Requirements
- Bone Marrow Transplant experience would be helpful but not required.

- Additional Details
- Valid ID is required.
- TIME SENSITIVE: Required for all candidates and updated annually. At minimum: at least one form of photo identification must be on file for QM Team to initiate search.
