- Shift: M-F 5x8s Days 0830-5pm weekend rotation every 6 weeks and holiday coverage April 20

- Special Requirements: Adult Care exp required, Adaptive Equipment required, Hip Fracture and Total Hip Replacement and Knee Injuries/total knee replacement required.
- Lifting/transfer, Patient/Family Education, Safety/Injury prevention, Telephone calls, Documentation required
- EPIC experience preferred

- Pending State License accepted: Yes
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hrs
- RTO Restrictions: 7 days
- Locals accepted: No – 75 mile radius
- Schedule Information
- Weekend REQ: every 6th full weekend. Get a day off during the week prior to the Saturday shift and the week after the Sunday shift. Weekend shift is 730-4 unless otherwise approved
- Is on-call REQ? No
- Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? float between Progress West/St Peters may be required

- Government issued ID required. For Home Health positions, candidate must provide driver's license.
