Type of staff: 2:1 OTR to COTA ratio - Estimated & never Guaranteed
Patient Ratios – Typically 8-10 assigned to OTR/s day - Estimated & never Guaranteed
Type of equipment – general acute care DME
EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile: Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: Previous Acute Care including ICU Experience
Preferred or nice to have: Trauma Experience, Comprehensive Stroke Experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s): OT evaluations, OT treatments
Best personality Fit: Ability to work independently with little oversight; high accountability, Good communication and collaboration skills, Flexibility given the nature of practice in acute care
