Unit Information: J6 Orthopedics
Number of Beds – 32 individual rooms
Number of Staff – 50
Day Shift – 1 charge RN, 6 RNs, 1-2 LPNs, 3 PCTs, & 1 HUC
Night Shift – 1 charge RN, 5 RNs, 1-2 LPNs, 2 PCTs, & 1 HUC
Patient Ratios – Day shift 5:1(6:1 stretch) Night shift 6:1 (7:1 stretch)
Type of equipment – Walkers, Bedside Commode, Bladder Scanners, CPM, Sky lifts, Sara Stedy, Sara Lift, Maxi Move, vital sign machine, hover mat, bair hugger, & Wheelchairs
EMR - Cerner
