Hospital: Memorial Health Meadows hospital Location: Vidalia, Ga Address: 2 Meadows Parkway Unit: All units Building: Main hospital General Information Unit Specifics: · Number of Beds : 59 · Patient Ratios : 11-12 daily · Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 2 Full Time PTs · Type of equipment : Standard for Acute Inpatient Services · Documentation system: Meditech Expanse · Scheduling special requirements: Will be weekend rotation and potential Holiday coverage depending on start date · Floating policy: May be required to cover OP (minimally – during times of staff PTO) · Patient Experience requirements: 1 years Acute inpatient preferred Hospital Specifics- · Certifications: The Joint Commission Hiring profile Years of Experience Required: 1 year preferred Requested Skill Set: None Must have : PT license for Ga Advanced skills needed: none Procedures performed on unit: Treatment of Acute inpatients usually consisting of bed mobility training, transfer training, gait training and Therapeutic Exercises Certifications Required: None Dress Code : (Required uniform) · Scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines. · Awards/Recognition: Please include anything that you would like prospective candidates to be aware of, such as, links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards.. · Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. ·
