- Radiation badge: Required to be provided to traveler by agency; facility will not provide.
- Department: Radiology | Xray
- Common types of imaging/studies performed: General x-ray and fluoro exams. Will do ER and possibly OR.
- Job Requirements
- BLS (AHA)
- Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R) Verification
- Must have CT experience. 2 years experience in CT and X-ray.
- Schedule Information
- 12 hour shifts: 7-7. Manager does schedule.
- Weekend Requirements: Every 3rd weekend.
- Holiday Requirements: Will fill in where needed.
- Rotating nightshift working three 12 hour shifts 6:30 pm-7am.
- Unit Specific Information
- Will they have to float/cover any other areas: Yes to CT.
- Do they have to start IV's: Not for X-ray but required for CT.
- Additional Details
- ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF CANDIDATE'S UNEXPIRED DRIVER'S LICENSE
- Radiation badge: Required to be provided to traveler by agency; facility will not provide.
- Average # of scans/studies per day: 50
- EMR &/or PACS: Merge RIS/PACS
- Department Specific Equipment: GE in the rooms. Canon portable.
- Radiologist in-house: Radiologist on Tuesday AM, outside of that all readings are done in from Cumberland, Maryland.
