Job Description

Great facility in western Iowa is looking for a Respiratory Therapist that can work a travel assignment.
The facility is needed someone that can start ASAP.
Very travel friendly facility in a great location.

Scrub Color/Dress Code: Wine burgundy
RT Equipment (Brand for Vents, Cpap, Bipap, High Flow): Drager, A40, LTV and Avea in nursery V-60, vapotherms
Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: Yes 24/7

ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS
Locals accepted, but BR does drop by $5.
Start date - end of March.
# treatments per day : 30-40 all checks, treatments for MH at 84th BLS/ACLS/RRT For MJE- BLS/ACLS/RRT/PALS- NRP preferred.
Types of patients (adults, peds, and neonates?) : Adults, Peds and Newborns, - STEMI, CVA, Covid, EKOS, arrest, IABP.
What areas do they cover (Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, Rehab, Sleep Lab, etc.): Inpatient and Outpatient. ER, Floors, peds, L&D, nursery, ICU, Sleep lab, OR, PACU.
Job Duties (ie: Do RTs draw ABGs, perform EKGs, etc.): Draw ABG's, Occasionally do EKG.
Are RTs Required to be able to Intubate Independently or only to assist?: Assist.
Respiratory Manager/Supervisor/Lead Therapist?: Supervisor.
