  • Required to be sent with file. NC DL must list address greater than 50 miles from facility. Note: Driver’s license must match the state of an RN’s compact licensure. Alternate proof of residency will not be accepted.
  • Required if using a compact license that is not NC. Note: Driver’s license must match the state of an RN/LPN compact licensure. Alternate proof of residency will not be accepted. Confirmed that facilities in this association are strict on this requirement.
    Additional Details
  • Must be AHA, ARC, or RQI. Certificate of Completion is not acceptable unless renewed onsite, otherwise full card required. Onsite classes are available at  Show Contact Details  Required for all RN candidates. Preferred, not required for Sterile Processing Techs.
  • Required for ER
  • Required for OB/GYN and Pediatric units.
