- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- NIH Stroke Certification
- State License 1 Verification
- Job Details
- 2 years required
- Cert required: NBSTSA
- Float requirement: possibly to main hospital
- Must be a CSFA
- Shift: 5 days a week 0700-1530
- Call Requirements: This call is strictly for CT surgery. 2-3 evenings a week (1530-0700) then it will be every other weekend 0700a-0700a Saturday and 0700a-0700a Sunday.
- Job Requirements
- Valid Driverβs License or Passport accepted. Must be clear copy.
- Online Verification of License to include expiration date and any disciplinary actions (within 30 days before start date). Must be through primary source. Β Show Contact DetailsΒ Task the Program Manager for approvals on license issues.
- Schedule Information
- Shift: 5 days a week 0700-1530
- Call Requirements: 2-3 evenings a week (1530-0700) then it will be every other weekend 0700a-0700a Saturday and 0700a-0700a Sunday.
