What You’ll Do:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Knowledge of travel accounting information systems (e.g. E2 or MLINQS). 
• Participates in the configuration of E2 Solutions (i.e. travel/financial systems).
• Develops and executes test plans & scripts to support testing of the information system.
• Develops appropriate system documentation (e.g., end-user, functional, technical) as required to maintain the information system.
• Maintains workflow pools and performs other system administration duties as required. Participates in user support activities including Helpdesk and training.

Minimum Experience/Education/Certification/Certification:

• BS/BA degree and/or Certification, or equivalent combination of formal education
• 3 years of directly related experience will substitute for education.
• Excellent Communication skills and strong work ethic.
• Attention to Detail.

Clearance:

Security Requirements/Background Investigation Requirements: 

• Must be a U.S Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident.
• Favorable credit check for all cleared positions 
• Successfully passing a background investigation including drug screening.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

• Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have mobility to attend meetings with other managers and employees. Standing for prolonged and extended periods of time.
• Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 0% - 10% of the time.
• Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 0% - 10% of the time.
• Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to write, type and use a telephone system 100% of the time.
• Sitting: Sitting for prolonged and extended periods of time.
