Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the hospitality industry
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred
  • Comfort with using technology, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Professional, positive, and friendly demeanor
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Summary

As a Travel Team Intern, you'll get the opportunity to be an integral part of our Events team. We are equal parts innovation and execution, building and leveraging relationships to produce outstanding results. In this role, you'll be dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our clients that meet objectives and impress travelers. The goal is a world-class experience every time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage team member(TM) activations on our online booking tool
  • Handle reservation requests in external hotel room blocks, and manage the tracking of these reservations
  • Assist with booking air, hotel and car reservations for team members' business travel
  • Assist team members who email with questions or issues surrounding business travel
  • Assist with registering TMs for conferences and booking the corresponding travel
  • Assist with paying for hotel rooms using our virtual payment portal and communicating directly with the hotel and team members
  • Assist with reconciling hotel charges by collecting hotel folios
  • Assist with large-scale group travel
  • Take notes during meetings and provide recaps
