Traveling Electrical Foreman

We are seeking a Traveling Electrical Foreman for a dynamic role that involves nationwide travel and project management. This is a salaried position with an initial 90-day introductory period where you will start on an hourly basis. Upon successful completion of this period, you will transition to a salaried role with additional benefits. In this role, you will spend six weeks at a time traveling for work, followed by one week at home. Your travels will take you across the country, where you'll handle a variety of large-scale and detail-oriented projects. Clear, effective, and frequent communication with our Director of Field Services is essential while you are in the field. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and complete projects successfully with a team of employees and/or subcontractors. • Maintain clear and consistent communication with our Director of Field Services. • Oversee and coordinate project tasks, ensuring timely and efficient completion. Qualifications: • Journeyman or Master level Electrician with a valid Journeyman’s License. • At least two years of leadership experience in running projects. • Basic computer and smartphone skills are required. • Experienced crew leads seeking to advance into a management role are encouraged to apply.
