Your New Role
As a Traveling Electrician Foreman, you’ll be the leader driving our projects forward. Here’s what you can expect:
• Manage and oversee electrical construction projects for timely, cost-effective completion
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and utilize safety software for a secure work environment
• Lead a team of electricians, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to schedules
• Review and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate installations
• Implement quality control measures to maintain our high standards
• Collaborate with general contractors, subcontractors, and clients to meet project milestones
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues effectively
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and team members to keep projects on track

Job requirements
• Experience: Minimum 5 years as an Electrical Foreman managing crews of 8-25 electricians
• Project Management: Skilled in handling electrical budgets from $700k to over $3 million
• Commercial Expertise: Background in new construction and remodel projects
• Technical Knowledge: Proficient in electrical codes, power systems, and installations (lighting, controls, refrigeration power)
• Organization Skills: Able to order and track materials, perform labor projections, and develop as-builts
• Customer Service: Comfortable working in high-stress environments while delivering excellent service
• Certification: OSHA-30 certification for Foreman (training available if needed); Journeyman License preferred
• Mobility: Willingness to travel 50% of the time and ability to relocate to Los Angeles County, CA before starting
