We're hiring a Treasurer & Director, Finance!

The Treasurer & Director, Finance is responsible for leading the Treasury and Fraud teams. You will be responsible for all Treasury functions including cash flow forecasting and reporting, global cash management, liquidity and investments, debt, foreign exchange, insurance, hedging and corporate/purchasing card program. This individual will provide Treasury recommendations and analytics to senior leadership and interact regularly with all Finance and business unit leaders.

What you will do

• You lead the Treasury team and oversee all treasury functions' day-to-day management and operations.
• You manage all banking and third-party partnerships and make changes where necessary.
• You identify opportunities to maximize economic benefits from investments, hedging, card program rebates, etc.
• You determine bank relationships, products, and services related to geographic expansion
• You manage inbound Payments, including credit cards and alternative payment methods.
• You create/manage dashboard and analytics around treasury and financial operations metrics.
• You review financial operations to determine opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
• You lead the annual corporate insurance renewal process.
• You serve as the primary point of contact for the company's third-party insurance broker.
• You serve as the internal resource for insurance-related requests (ex: Certificate of Insurance Requests, Claims processing)
• You develop, maintain, and communicate Finance Policies.
• You partner with the FP&A team on budgeting and forecasting to ensure alignment.
• You successfully integrate other financial operation teams to create a cohesive unit.
• You create and implement team goals, including professional development opportunities.

What you need to know

• You have a BS in Finance, Accounting, Business or related.
• You have seven+ years of Treasury and Finance experience at the Manager or above level, including international and public company experience.
• You have demonstrated a global bank relationship management, products, and services background.
• You have Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with solid ability in critical thinking.
• You have effective relationship management skills.
• You collaborate with others and thrive in a team environment while meeting individual goals and expectations.
• You anticipate obstacles, communicate effectively, and plan accordingly.
• You bring high energy, remain positive in a dynamic organization, and lead high-performing teams.
• You value relationships and can influence others to develop relationships reflected in continuously positive experiences.
