Treasury Accountant/Analyst

We have partnered with our client in Central Houston, TX on their search for a Treasury Accountant/Analyst. This is a full-time, contract position that's slated to last approximately 5-6 months, with the possibility of converting into a permanent employee after that period. This is a hybrid-remote position. Candidates must live in the Houston, TX area for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Wire transfer management and confirmation
• Gathering support and approvals
• Record all cash journal entries for transactions
• Troubleshooting with banking institutions
• Additional duties as assigned by manager

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field highly preferred.
• Minimum 2-3+ years of staff accountant experience with treasury functions or at least 2+ years of experience in a Treasury Analyst role.
• High attention to detail and organization required.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines required.
• Ability to work hybrid-remote schedule in central Houston required.
