Treasury Analyst

Blue Cross of Idaho's Treasury team is looking for a Treasury Analyst II. This position is responsible for ensuring the organization has adequate liquidity to meet its operational cash needs, maintaining the liquidity cash forecast, maintaining the short-term investment portfolio, supporting maintenance of the long-term investment portfolio, administrating corporate credit card program, ensuring compliance with unclaimed property regulations, and other Treasury responsibilities.

This role reports to the Director, Treasury. The position is located in Meridian, Idaho. Hybrid work schedule is supported. #LI-Hybrid

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

• Experience: 5 years of Accounting or Finance experience including Treasury and investment experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience (Two years' relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)

We'd also love it if you had:

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or master's degree in related field
• Statutory investment accounting experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills

In this role, we will ask you to:

• Ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational cash needs
• Monitor and maintain the liquidity cash forecast
• Maintain the short-term investment portfolio and recommend raising liquidity as needed
• Support maintenance of the long-term investment portfolio and help prepare related Board of Directors meeting presentation slides
• Administer the corporate credit card program
• Ensure compliance with unclaimed property regulations
• Support the renewal of annual insurance policies
• Help facilitate payments and bank transfers
• Promote teamwork, discussion, and cooperation among staff and other departments. Ensure timely communication and sharing of information with team members.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
