Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic Treasury Analyst to join our team in Daytona Beach, FL. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing cash flow, analyzing financial risks, and optimizing investment strategies. This position requires regular weekly onsite presence at the office in Daytona Beach, FL. After training, hybrid option may be available up to 2 days/ week.

Your Job Functions

• Perform daily cash positioning, monitoring and reporting of TopBuild bank accounts to ensure daily funding needs are met
• Support cash forecasting and daily liquidity management activities
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline cash management tasks
• Initiate Electronic Fund Transfers in accordance with company policies and controls
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and data upload from TMS system to ERP (Oracle)
• Maintain the departments Treasury Management System
• Prepare and initiate weekly payroll funding entries
• Prepare monthly journal entries
• Perform monthly banking fee analysis
• Assist with the tracking and reporting of unclaimed property
• Work alongside TopBuild’s banking partners to maintain bank accounts and signers
• Complete monthly investment reconciliation
• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly Treasury reports
• Assist with internal and external audit requests
• Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested

Your Qualifications

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Minimum Degree: Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent years of work experience
• Special Requirements: May work beyond normal company hours due to business/customer need.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum experience: Minimum 1-3 years Corporate Treasury experience or equivalent;
• Required Industry Experience: NA
• Legal Age Requirements: At least 18 years of age

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Type of Travel Required: National

Amount of Travel Required: 10%

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is performed in a typical office environment and may require standing, bending, lifting of boxes or packages under 10 lbs., and sitting for long periods of time.

Work requires regularly inputting/retrieving words or data into or from an automated/computer system.
