Our team has achieved significant milestones including leading a successful TMS implementation program and developing methodologies to unlock visibility on fiat and crypto positions. These endeavors are just as exciting and challenging showcasing our commitment to innovation and excellence within the crypto industry.

The Opportunity

• Build update and interpret cash flow forecasts loan schedules interest earnings projections target balancing models and other customized treasury forecasting tools.

• Partner with various stakeholders across the organization to explore opportunities for process improvement and change management initiatives aiming to enhance efficiency and add value to the organization.

• Take on a crucial role as a project member to drive the advancement of TMS deployment and adoption while also offering advisory + handson support to the broader treasury team to enhance our overall business operations.

• Utilize Treasury Management System (TMS) internal payment gateways and banking partners to execute high-value payments for treasury rebalancing and other operational requirements.

• Collaborate closely Over-the-Counter (OTC) traders to facilitate crypto trades and fiat foreign exchange transactions for both customers and internal hedging purposes round the clock prioritizing on exceptional client experience.

• Oversee and manage treasury operations tools across multiple global banking partners including cash pooling arrangements legal entity cash concentration structures and various payment portals.

Skills you should HODL

• Minimum of 5 years of experience including exposure in Treasury roles at multinational corporations (MNCs) and consulting companies.

• Experience in a high-volume deadline-oriented transactional environment particularly in the execution and settlement of High-Value Payments and Crypto.

• Experience in processing cross-border and local fiat/crypto payments and adept at troubleshooting when issues arise.

• Hands-on involvement in Treasury Management System (TMS) as a business analyst or project contributor including participation in system implementation and maintenance.

• Strong analytical skills capable of building various financial models and working with diverse data types.

• Profound comprehension of the balance sheet and understanding of transactional effects on the firm's assets and liabilities.

• Takes initiative to drive and contribute value to the organization demonstrating proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking.

• Proficient in tableau vba excel formula is a plus
