Who are we? 

The Finance team is at the heart of Liberis operations. Our mission is to support the future growth of the company by: 

• Providing insightful financial information to management and investors 
• Developing a scalable finance platform capable of ensuring proper oversight and compliance 

We are currently a team of twelve, based in London with responsibility for partnering with our Global operational teams. You’ll join a dynamic, fast paced innovative team, made up of enthusiastic and experienced finance professionals. You’ll help us drive business performance by continually challenging our ways of working, developing a best-in-class treasury function.  

Who are you?

You are someone that is excited by the prospect of a challenge, appreciate autonomy and the space to generate your own ideas and are passionate about finance that serves to support small businesses, not just turn a profit. 

You will be working as part of a Treasury team within the larger Finance team to provide effective oversight of group cash balances to ensure cash is available to meet demand for the business globally. You will be keen to develop and grow with us and excited to take on new challenges with new partners and projects in current and new geographies. 

You should be comfortable communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders on the outputs of the data you will be generating and sharing. 

Responsibilities 

• Cash management: Maintain short and mid term cash flow for the business and advise on cash requirements for each geography we operate in. 
• Debt facility support: Prepare reporting for loan portfolios to external debt facility providers (weekly, monthly and quarterly) and manage the quarterly audit process. 
• Controls: Ensuring that banking access and treasury controls continue to be up to date as we scale.  
• Payments: Support the payments assistant & wider finance team in setting up/ approving bank transactions as required including daily fundings. 

We think you’ll need 

• Previous experience within a Treasury role of similar scope 
• Proficient Excel skills 
• Sharp attention to detail 
• Ability to proactively problem solve in a dynamic, fast paced environment 
• Ability to stick to strict deadlines
