Treasury Analyst

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Treasury Analyst that will execute day-to-day Treasury Operations activities of the Company. This role will coordinate global Treasury processes with Finance and Operational partners, including policies and controls. This position will be located in Frisco, TX.

Job Focus

• Support daily operational activities, including but not limited to, initiation of manual payments, bank administration and bank account management
• Provide back-up coverage as needed for cash management activities
• Perform Know Your Customer and other administrative requests on behalf of the global Treasury department
• File FBAR reporting
• Perform Bank Account Fee Analysis
• Research returned payments and initiate reissuance of payment
• Provide proof of payment details to business partners, upon request
• Automate and build out reporting on Treasury Management System and Microsoft Excel
• Provide support with Supply Chain Finance activities, such as forecasts and monitoring capacity
• Assist Treasury Team to ensure compliance with SOX controls
• Compile market data daily for the team (CP rates, deposit rates, foreign exchange rates, etc.)

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related area.
• 2+ years of Treasury and/or business related experience
• General knowledge of business, Treasury and accounting standards, procedures and policies.
• Exhibit analytical, process management and communication skills, including report writing and presentation
• Requires proactive interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills; attention to detail is necessary. The ability to adapt communication style to audience is essential.
• Ability to work independently and interface with multiple management levels
• Ability to work across various geographies and time zones.
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel
