This role will be on a hybrid schedule and work out of our Chicago office

• Manage daily cash positioning, cash investments for NA region
• Manage MSI’s global bank accounts including optimization of account structure, maintenance of signature authorities, ensuring SWIFT connectivity for proper cash reporting among others
• Support month-end accounting close process, cash reconciliation for MSI’s global cash and support controller’s group to ensure proper accounting of cash activities
• Support treasury management system (Quantum) for global organization
• Manage letters of credit, surety bonds, corporate and bank guarantees Manage, execute and track all manual payments (Wires and other) and direct debit activity impacting NA region
• Set up intercompany loans or deposits with global cash pool to ensure optimal centralization of global liquidity
• Support MSI’s weekly global multilateral netting process from NA perspective
• Work closely with tax and controller’s groups on various initiatives
• Support integration of acquired companies from treasury perspective (bank account structure, payments, migration to corporate treasury systems and policies)
• Update/maintain relevant corporate policies (eg. Cash Investments, Third Party Payments and other)

• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees throughout the finance organization
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in dealing with treasury management systems
• A good understanding of treasury Accounting
• Experience in project management (planning, organizing, and executing upon assignments to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives)
• 1+ years of Treasury experience preferably in cash and liquidity management, cash positioning and investments
• Expereince in a publicly traded company
