Treasury Analyst

Jockey is looking for a Treasury Analyst to work with our growing Finance Team! The Treasury Analyst will Support Corporate Treasury cash and credit management functions, including the execution and release of payments, account reconciliations, system maintenance, cash forecasting, Accounts Receivable (A/R) analysis, credit risk evaluation and related reporting. Assist Treasury management with special projects, investigations, and analyses. Resolves payment issues with A/P, IT and primary bank contacts. Key back-up/support for Sr. Treasury Manager's cash forecasting responsibilities.

This position will be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute and ensure accurate corporate payments (wires, ACHs and checks) on a weekly basis through JBA/ Integrated Payables
• Maintain accurate vendor bank files in JBA
• Prepare accurate Canadian financial forecasts (daily, weekly, yearly) and supporting schedules used for cash positioning
• Reviews, corrects, and applies all cash transactions accurately and timely within the Treasury workstation to be posted to the GL in JBA
• Complete daily/ monthly closing procedures, reconciliations and journal entries for Cash, Investments & A/R
• Analyze monthly bank fees to assure accuracy, potentially identifying errors and cost savings opportunities
• Evaluate and closely monitor wholesale customer credit limits
• Analyze and interpret financial and credit data for 3rd party relationships

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 1 to 3 years' experience Treasury, Credit, Accounting and/or Finance, including internship experience
• Strong MS Office skills
