Treasury Analyst

TelevisaUnivision is seeking a talented Treasury Analyst based in Teaneck, NJ with emphasis on the bank administration cash management. This individual must be a strategic and creative thinker, a self-starter, and a collaborator willing to learn and share ideas.

Job Responsibilities

• Bank administrator for online bank systems (i.e., CashPro, Banco Popular, JPM Access, etc.)
• Initiate and/or approve ACH/wire transfers
• Reconcile monthly the bank activity of wire transfers
• Manage bank relationships with our key banking partners
• Organize and maintain corporate and subsidiary bank documents and records; coordinate all account opening/closings and signature cards as needed.
• Coordinate and validate debt interest payments and accruals
• Assist on managing the company’s AR and Bank Revolvers
• Assist on managing the company’s Letters of Credit
• Maintain proficiency in all relevant policies and procedures, including the ability to articulate and enforce them as required
• Research and respond to inquiries (internal and external) regarding Treasury, as well as, inquiries that require additional explanation or copies of supporting documentation.
• Effectively communicate both oral and written resolution of issues with all levels of Business Stakeholders
• Assist with other Treasury tasks and / or special projects, as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• Ideal candidate will have a BA / BS degree in Accounting / Finance
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint)
• 5+ years of relevant work experience

Desired Skills & Experience

• Familiar with Treasury Management Systems – Integrity by FIS is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently as required
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good written / oral communication skills along with interpersonal skills
• Strong team player with excellent customer service skills
• Provides a high level of customer service ensuring customer satisfaction and maintains a positive attitude

• Must be willing to work from office in Teaneck, NJ
• Employment/education will be verified
