Treasury Analyst

Responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the Treasury Function of the Holding Company and its Subsidiaries.

• Provides overall support and assistance in managing the Treasury functions for the Corporation including the areas of interest rate risk, securities portfolio management, liquidity and capital management.
• Monitors the Federal Reserve Account and the Bank's cash position on a daily basis to determine funding needs.
• Assists in the preparation of agenda and materials for ALCO committee meetings.
• Gather/Process data for Federal Reserve FR2900 for reporting deposit levels and FR2644 Weekly Report of Selected Assets and Liabilities.
• Assist with the Fedline administration.
• Monitors bank liquidity and provides cash tracking and forecasts.
• Preforms credit analysis on municipalities and correspondent banks.
• Provides support for management of the banks securities portfolio and related accounting.
• Reconciles Due from Bank Accounts and Federal Home Loan Bank and performs other reconciliations as needed.
• Accounts for Interest Rate SWAPS and other derivatives instruments.
• Provides backup support for the Call Report, FRY-9C and FRY-9LP reporting.
• Assists in the development of Interest rate risk analysis and modeling as well as related analysis and forecasting.
• Assists in managing municipal deposits, related pricing and collateral tracking.
• Assists in developing financial forecasts, budgets and other modeling as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting or related field
• A minimum of five years of directly related credit and treasury function experience in financial services
• General knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Demonstrated proficiency in gathering, interpreting, analyzing and reporting financial information
• Proficient interpersonal skills in dealing with clients and all levels of management
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Salary Range $55,380 to $70,000 annually
