Summary of Responsibilities

The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for providing operational support for the Treasury department including business and/or cash operations. This role requires the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships within a collaborative team and serve as a liaison to business units and external bank partners.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

  • Supports the Company's T&E Program from maintaining corporate cards, training, troubleshooting expenses, seeking approvals, etc.
  • Partners with internal teams to tackle areas of inefficiencies and strategize how to improve departmental KPIs
  • Assists with clerical functions to support the Finance Department
  • Collaborates with the Treasury Manager on various initiatives and ad hoc projects as needed
  • Performs monthly bank fee analysis to reduce bank fees and identify areas of cost savings
  • Serves as a primary liaison between banks and corporate during integration assignments
  • Assists with corporate insurance renewals, forecasting and audit
  • Generates weekly/monthly finance reports for Management
  • Responsible for supporting the completion of compliance certificates
  • Monitor, investigate and resolve exceptions (i.e. positive pay, returns, AP wires, deposit items); implement solutions to minimize or eliminate where possible

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 1 to 3 years of related work experience
  • Proficient in Excel

Environmental Job Requirements

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about.
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time
