Job Description
Job Title: Treasury Analyst
Location: US-GA-Atlanta
Job Overview:
This position will perform various functions related to cash management and other aspects of corporate treasury while playing a key role in the day-to-day cash deposit, cash application, and internal/external funding processes and providing treasury related analysis and reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily deposit process
- Assist in the cash application process through reconciliations regarding daily deposits and applied cash
- Manage daily ACH/Wire payments to various outside vendors and partners
- Research exceptions and use judgment to escalate more complex issues/requests to Management
- Utilize banking systems to provide Management with daily cash reports that can be used to assess cash flows
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports related to Key Performance Indicators, aged receivables, cash analysis and forecasting, and other analytical tools as required to meet business needs
- Work with internal team members and external business partners to develop, recommend and implement solutions that increase efficiencies and accuracy by reducing manual work, and better leverage available banking services and technology
Job Requirements:
- Prepare and maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
- Ad-hoc special assignments as required by Management
- Four-year degree or equivalent work experience in applicable field
- Experience in a corporate treasury or finance/accounting department is preferred
- Energetic; successful; exemplary performance reviews at current employer
- Intermediate skills with the Microsoft office suite
- Experience with online banking/treasury platforms
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative, team-based environment
- Reliable and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks and activities within specified time frames.
- Strong writing skills
