Treasury Analyst (hybrid)

Work Flexibility: Hybrid

As a member of the Corporate Treasury Operations team this role will execute day-to-day US cash operations activities. While working with treasury, finance centers and divisional finance teams to support cash disbursements. You will complete daily cash tasks in addition to ad-hoc analysis and support month end processes for cash reporting.

What you will do

• Perform day-to-day US cash operations activities: review daily cash positioning; execute wire transfers in a timely manner ensuring accuracy, control and appropriate authorizations are in place; and invest excess cash.
• Serve as backup for Senior Treasury Analyst role in the consolidation of foreign exchange exposures and complete associated activities related to the execution of the Company's Net Foreign Exchange Hedging Program.
• Assist accounting teams in month end cash statement review and provide details on cash transactions as requested.
• Provide support to Costa Rica Finance Center AP regarding payment issues, questions, and research.

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline required
• Experience in accounts payable, treasury or finance preferred
• Strong organizational skills to ensure all tasks are completed on time
• Ability to work independently, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Competent in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot table etc.)
• Strong written and verbal skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management
