Treasury Analyst I

Modivcare is looking for a Treasury Analyst I. You will assist with Treasury functions including deposits, check research, card program administration, bank and merchant fee analysis, monitoring of Dun & Bradstreet activity and bank administration. You will report to the Treasury Manager.

• Assist in the execution of the daily cash management duties, specifically daily payment processing
• Develop, monitor, and analyze bank and merchant fees including credit card and cash management expenses
• Closely monitor Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) activity and update credit information accordingly
• Point of contact/Treasury liaison for bank access and bank account management
• Support banking projects as needed, including bank consolidation and Treasury workstation
• Assist with the company card programs andtimely Concur expense reimbursements
• Assist Accounting with the research required on monthly reconciliations of all cash-related accounts, all month-end processes, and all related journal entries
• Back-up daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the company cash position
• Provide information in connection with the external and internal audits and monitor cash management activities to ensure compliance Initiate wires, ACHs, and book transfers
• Maintain positive banking relationships with depository banks
• Support corporate accounting, corporate tax, financial planning, internal audit, and other functions as they relate to Treasury transactions and entity structures
• Assist with special projects

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 0+ years of corporate treasury experience
• Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) experience
