This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work.

Job Summary

This position supports the Harley-Davidson Treasury Services team in the management of cash and protection of Company assets through risk management, risk transfer and process controls. This position provides comprehensive treasury support for assigned areas, which could include banking and cash management, investments, unsecured debt issuance/management, hedging, corporate card, cash flow forecasting, shareholder returns, unclaimed property, intercompany loans, and internal/external stakeholder relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Record, confirm and complete documentation on executed treasury strategies for assigned areas which could include banking and cash management, investments, corporate card, cash flow forecasting, month end close, audit support, intercompany loans
• Prepare and execute, under supervision, complex high-value payments, investments, and trades in SAP and/or in banking platform
• Support Sr. Analyst in global bank account management and documentation
• Complete month-end close and support ongoing audit requests
• Support Sr. Treasury Analyst on management of the domestic corporate card program
• Complete basic analyses and reports. Support Sr. Analyst/Lead/Manager on completion of complex analyses and reports
• Participate on project teams as assigned
• Update and maintain all Treasury Policies and Procedures

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Education Specifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics is Preferred.

Experience Requirements

Required

• Minimum one (1) years' experience in Corporate Cash Management or Treasury/Accounting/Financial Planning & Analysis
• Experience in the use of complex spreadsheets required. Must be self-motivated with a CI mindset
• Should demonstrate attention to detail while maintaining a broad, analytical perspective
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, time management, and written and oral communication skills. Requires strong interpersonal skills, team orientation and high integrity
• Travel may be required up to 10%.

Preferred

• SAP and bank system experience a strong plus.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
